Why you should sign up for the service project
A church-wide service project just wouldn’t be the same without you.
There are three reasons we are doing a service project:
- For the love of our neighbor: This project gives us a unique opportunity to show the love of our savior outside the walls of the church.
- For the good of our body: The Gospel unites us as a family and as a body. As we labor side by side, we grow in our unity with one another.
- For the glory of our God: Let our light shine before the Carson Valley so that they will see our good works and glorify our Father in heaven!
If even one of these reasons is fulfilled in our service, we would be blessed. If all three? Then this is glorious work indeed.
Do you want to love our neighbors?
Do you want our church body to be blessed?
Do you want to see our God glorified among the community?
If you say “yes” to any of these things, then you have a place in this service project!
