Update on Brian

“Surgery went perfectly. The nerves were intact and not damaged, the optic nerve was also in good shape and there is a good chance he has kept all of his senses. He will most likely regain his sight as well. He is still coming in and out of anesthesia. They got 99.8% of the tumor. And we will most likely not need radiation. The dr wants to wait on that.”

“Just sat with dad and read some psalms. He is more alert today. He will be in ICU today and overnight. Still fragile but coming along. He is coherent this morning and talking. We all got to see him this morning for a bit and he is sleeping now. His sense of humor is not only intact but coming at us in full force smile emoticon pray for his pain management.”
